How to cook tofu like this.

  • 🔔 doenjang stewed tofu. (1T=Rice spoon)
    500g tofu, 1/4 onion (30g), 1 cheongyang pepper, 1/3 red pepper, 10cm green onion, 2 pinches of fine salt, 1T (30g) doenjang, 1/4T minced ginger, 1/2T minced garlic, myeolchi aekjeot 1T, sesame oil 1T, oligosaccharide 1T, water 150ml, cooking oil 2T.
    ✨ doenjang stewed tofu.
    1. Chop onion, green onion, cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and tofu.
    2. Sprinkle 2 pinches of fine salt on the tofu and leave for 10 minutes.
    3. Make seasoning by mixing 1T (30g) of doenjang, 1/4T of minced ginger, 1/2T of minced garlic, 1T of myeolchi aekjeot, 1T of sesame oil, 1T of oligosaccharide, 150ml of water, red pepper, onion and green onion.
    4. Put 2T cooking oil and tofu in a pan and bake.
    5. Put the tofu and seasoning in a pan.
    6. Bring to a boil over high heat.

    항상 간장양념만 했었는데 된장맛도 궁금하네요!
