I loved it!
this show was good very good, at first i wanted tom ellis to be lucifer but the lucifer acter they chose really grew on me
A good leader, Dream, knows when to delegate responsibilities. The day to day needs attention and looking down the timeline needs another kind of attention.
I loved the Sandman, yes would have liked Tom Ellis to have played the part but I enjoyed the new actor very much can’t wait for season 2 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think it was the right choice. Tom’s Lucifer is in a different place to Sandman’s Lucifer. It would be too confusing.
Lucifer was a very loose adaptation of the Lucifer spin off comics from the sandman. And I mean very loose. They drastically changed a lot of stuff. And added characters that were not even in the books. This is more a straight adaptation with minor changes. Neil Gaiman the writer was going for a more comic accurate Lucifer and maze. The actress that plays Lucifer showed interest and Neil felt she was a good fit. She is and though it appears Lucifer is still male in the show by how they call them King, a women playing him still works well. The look is from the comics snd the scenes too. Tom wouldn’t have fit for this version. It was a good switch.
@@jacquelinemilom4164 exactly, Sandman's lucifer is the actual Lucifer, one of the strongest beings in all DC comics. The other show was fun at the beginning but then startet to become more and more of the same which was boring. The last few episodes were cool but yeah, it's not that great of a show or character

Man what is it with Netflix? They give us some garbage like that Resident Evil show with black Wesker and his nonexistent daughter's and then they turn around and release something as AMAZING as The Sandman.

Morpheus is gonna die and daniel ( the baby born in the dreaming ) will be the next sandman or dream.
The kindly ones or fates will kill Morpheus and death will take him away 😢.

Well, Lucifer has no gender and kind of love it that Gwen is the choosen one to be casted as lucifer. My opinion though

I watched the whole thing and thought it was let down, it was a big waste of time.
They ruined it, as most of these clowns in Hollywood typically do with these cash grab adaptations of iconic franchises from the past.
Too much woke BS is being injected into our entertainment, and it's not necessary or even wanted by the fans.

There isn't one change in a character that ruins in any way the narrative of the story
