Hey there folks, happy new year!! I sincerely hope you all got to spend the last moments of 2023 with your loved ones and having a good time overall! 🧡🧡 Just to clarify, Lirodon Thalasus is a fictitious marine mammal created for my odd spec evo project "Project Krayt" and it is not representing any extant or extinct species of mammal Cheers 😊
I've got to say the way you got your mocs swimming under water on clear bricks is very cleaver .Between your mocs and stop motion ,you do a great job .take care
Thank you pal, clear pieces are often utilised in static diorama mocs so I decided to implement them on my stop motion technique, at least for underwater segments 😊 And thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed the video, have a happy new year 🎊
an underwater animation!? sweet. Also, I like the Lirodon Thalasus, its almost kinda cute honestly. Those birds with the lego hand as a beak the were defintely very cute.
It was an extremely challenging animation, it was my second attempt at doing something "underwater" but I think I pulled it off nicely 😅 And thank you! I will soon be uploading a post of the aquaraptors on my Instagram, you can check the supposed "real Lirodon" in there as well, hope you'll still find it cute afterwards 😊 Also huge thanks for all of your support throughout 2023 my friend, have a wonderful new year ❤❤
Thank you, I've been wanting to post something related to the ocean as it is also an ecosystem that has suffered from MANY changes throughout the elaboration of this weird sped evo project Both the aquaraptors and the Lirodon are part of the marine fauna of Tangoora
Well in my project there are certain families that never got to exist due to already existing taxa simply being "too good at their job" The Lirodon is part of a whole group of animals that are the Tangooran version of seals, walruses and sea lions. They didn't outcompete them, they never existed in Tangoora The Aquaraptors are also the penguins of this world, being aquatic troodontid relatives
@@regularbricksstudios1109 thanks for clarifying that it dose look a lot like a sea lion. Also is there any mosasaurs or liopordon on your planet just the apex predator in your ocean?
Not really, in universe it is closely related to mustelids, though instead of relying 100% on their flippers they evolved a long tail that helps in propulsion, whether to escape from predators or hunt prey of their own And no, I still haven't decided on what taxa will be Krayt's top marine predator

@@regularbricksstudios1109 yeah I have a question is it a sea lion or different species? Also I think I might design some ocean life.
