Great video! I just found out my insurance covers the Unimom Opera fully and was thrilled as I was originally considering the Spectra S1 which has an upcharge!
Hello been watching your video on pumps planning for my 2nd journey breastfeeding.. would u prefer the unimom opera+, cimilre S7+ or the pumpables super genie in terms of function and efficiency.. thank you!
Are these all options available via insurance? The unimom opera would probably be my choice, but it’s expensive if paying out of pocket! I have a Cimilre 7 but just got it and haven’t tested it yet. We have coupon codes on the website for several if you’re paying out of pocket, but I think the unimom opera!
Big fan, I watch all your videos Plz help me My baby is 4 months old now,I met lactation consultant At the end of first months and I got to know about his tongue tie and lip tie as he was feeding for hours and still not full I went to ped surgeon got his tongue untie I did all the excercises and tummy time skin to skin everything for a month or 2 still my baby never latched well and he hardly sucked He is 4 now I am anxious to know will he ever suckle strongly with age Pumping is quite frustrating Plz advise I have low supply I make 500-600 ml per day, I pump 6 times a day
Great video! I've seen so little about the Cimilre pumps and they are an insurance option for me, so thank you for talking about the s5. Also, agree that the Spectra gold is a great looking pump!
How does the spectral gold compare with the medella Symphony? I'm thinking I was switching to the spectral gold as I might need to give might need to give my Symphony rental back. But want to keep my supply up and I've heard good things about it
Thanks, helpful as always. I love what you do. Do you know about the Philips Avent Natural Double morning pump? I’d love to hear your thoughts on it. I didn’t know basically anything about pumping when I started my journey and bought that and use it sometimes as I’m a SAHM but think of updating to the dual motor Spectra sometime now or for my next babies as I hope the dual motor will last a few breastfeeding/ tandem nursing journeys (I hope to nurse for 2 years/maybe 2.5 if need may be my 7 m/o so I might have to tandem nurse).
There are a couple videos that include it here on the channel already. Spectra Dual Compact VS Synergy Gold (Spectra Dual S) | What's the difference? ruclips.net/video/156R3ks9Xwo/видео.html
Wow they look great..;) I have found just pumping a bit more on one side brings the slacker back ..;) Can you please, please talk about stretchy nipples, with large breast and older mamma. Thats me! 38 and breastfed all my babies 2-3years each and now have a baby in nicu and have smaller nipples but breast doesn’t fit in the new madela silicone but nipples does, which doesnt go together(have gap inflange where breast go- then harly any suction ) , use one size up (flange) and then the stretch goes way in. Been doing it for almost 2 months(baby still in nicu) saw an lactation ‘expert’ and they weren’t helpful at all, and my I paid alot just to hear what I already learned from your vids..;(
Hey I used medela flanges when my baby was in the nicu and hated them. I ended up using (and still use at 16 months) pumpables and lacket silicone flanges, use depends on which flange I grab first. Lacket is easier to use as with pumpables you have to fold back the flange to attach.
The unimom opera actually is one of the few companies that have their data published in their manual! Google unimom opera manual. My testing were very similar to what they have listed.

@@NewLittleLifeI would love a review on the cimilre s7 dual. I can get it with insurance and there is like barely any reviews out there on it.
@ccfulton22 I just got that one! I’ll have a look for sure 👍🏼
@NewLittleLife not getting via insurance as I'm not in US.. but I can get unimom opera for cheaper than $600..

Hi can you make a comparison video between the spectra dual compact and the medela freestyle flex which would be a better travel / work pump

Can you please do a review on Spectra compact please? Is it good to be as primary pump?

What is the max suction you got with the boobie barometer for the unimom opera?
Yessss I’m also curious. I have a hard time finding the suction studies to some of the pumps.
