Anyone know who Navarri was? Google doesn't help much. I Just get a Spanish province that borders France. Just curious.

The line is not ‘and Navarri is our friend’, but ‘and Laval, he is our friend’.
Pierre Laval, premier of Vichy France. He was shot for treason after the war.
