I used my worktunes for years but recently stopped using them when I know I'll be hot, like cutting the lawn. They are like sponges that soak up sweat and I can literally wring out the foam cups when I'm done which is gross even by my standards. Use use another discontinued set from Jabra that are totally waterproof (or sweat) for outside, but stick with my Worktunes inside where my shop is air conditioned. I still love em.
Home depot sells a brand in store called Tzumi which is also USB-C charging with big control buttons and 23db noise reduction. I like them very much and recommend them. Had 3M before and they did not last for me. My impression is over the ear headphones are much better than in-ear even with noise cancelling, not sure if anyone else has same opinion.
Does the battery level show on your phone when it's Blue tooth? On one of my headphones that's where I see the battery level. When I'm connected I pull up Bluetooth then details, that's where it shows how much battery percentage is left. Right now I have 30 percent left on my JBL headphones. Just a thought to check out. 😊
Do they offer hygiene kits? I like the idea of combining your ear protection with ear phones. With modern Bluetooth you can listen to crystal clear podcasts while working and KNOW that important call won't be missed. I'm often wearing my earphones instead of my proper hearing protection from Peltor. Those Klein's look a little heavy but maybe not too bad.
Hello again, Doc Thank you for another Great Video 👍 Question for you, how does pair with your phone? Does it pair with any device? Will it pair with Starkey? That is my hearing aids. Again thank you 😅
Hi George. It pairs by showing up in available Bluetooth devices. I’m not sure how hearing aids would work with or through it. Sorry I’m of no help here.
They do look comfortable
Thanks Doc

30db or more is needed 20db is not enough
I was going to comment on this aspect as well. You make a good point.
Yeah, if it was even 25 I’d buy them right now.
not gonna live long enough anyways to get the ringing in my ear
The Amazon ratings are very low. Mainly the eff muffs are very small and the sound is poor. Are they small in size?
I saw that too. My guess is the person who said that did not know how to expand the fit.
Gel pads is a massive upgrade for the worktunes.

Hows charging time? The 3ms take forever to recharge. Thanks doc
that's the problem. Compared to fancy sony headphones, that give you 5 hours of listening time after just a 15 minute charge.
@@AnthonyLauderright but the Sonys cost quite a bit more. These Klein’s cost $50!
Those look nice

I did not see the battery level for the headphones when connected listed on my phone.

I prefer a “behind the head” band so I have the option to put on my hard hat when needed.
Yep it it had that it would be a go
Doc does it not tell you the battery level on your phone when connected?
