Even while struggling with an out of tune guitar, Warren still managed to put on the most awesome performance. He is not only my favorite guitarist, he is my favorite singer. What a band. The Mule rules.
I only know one guy who who was such an excellent singer as well as brilliant guitarist like Warren Haynes - Rory Gallagher. I saw the Mule two times. Phantastic band !!! Long live Warren.
Love Humble Pie, and the energy they had- one of my favorites!! I really dig this take though with the Mule flavor. Good job making it their own. Rock on!
Too good a performance by Warren. Proves never too old to rock n roll, born to perform . Am sure Steve must be grooving to this rendition from above. God bless.
Fresh take on this iconic song. Warren and the boys did what Humble Pie did so successfully - see Get Ready, Hallelujah I Just Love Her So, IDNND and more. Rock on
If I go first, I know Warren Haynes will just carry on because there’s no affiliation. God forbid it goes the other way, because I’ll probably just hang it up. The man is the fuel that feeds the fire of many guitar players musical passion. Long life, Warren!
How did he play the thing in tune after he figured out it was out of tune before he tuned it while he was playing the tune with out missing a beat. I don't know the cat that handed him the out of tune guitar but no way it was Hansons fault LOL!! Amazing!
amazing how he saved it after the first bar and somehow shook it in tune like adjusted somehow and at least got it close ,till he could get the tuner to it while not missing a beat, pretty impressive, I would've had to stop the tune and re tune , Warren is amazing.
ed3432 - Have to agree, completely. Just GOTTA have the original . Xardox - Have to agree with you on the point that there are no good LIVE videos of Humble Pie doing this song, which is so sad, as it's one of their best. As a matter of fact, one of the apparently live videos that feature this song on the title and audio, is actually made up of clips of Humble Pie doing "Black Coffee" and a couple other performances, but does not contain any portion of video of the band doing "30 Days...." I really don't think they were trying to fool anyone - just put up what they had. I'd love to see a good Live one posted with decent sound, if there is one out there somewhere.
Oh... FUCK... terrible... what were they lookin' for here... a pay check? Been far too long that Govt' Mule been out of the spotlight... I hear "practice makes perfect..." so, boys... get with the program... get back to where you belong... you belong to us... your fans... give us who You really are... Govt' Mule!
Govt Mule takes every song and makes it their own without stepping on toes. Man, that is totally respect and talent.
it went from black nepalese to red lebanese but hey ... still rockin... RIP Steve Marriot .
Even while struggling with an out of tune guitar, Warren still managed to put on the most awesome performance. He is not only my favorite guitarist, he is my favorite singer. What a band. The Mule rules.
yep ...seen that sir
GETCHA PULL!😂👍
Love this song!! Good old days of Humble Pie ❤
One thing I love about Warren Haynes and government Mule is you never know what they're going to throw at you what a great bunch of talent
I only know one guy who who was such an excellent singer as well as brilliant guitarist like Warren Haynes - Rory Gallagher. I saw the Mule two times. Phantastic band !!! Long live Warren.
Agreed!!
Yep.
Gallagher is one of the GOATS
@@cindyinnewWell we do generally compare GOATs now, dont we?
Love Humble Pie, and the energy they had- one of my favorites!!

The fact he took time to tune the guitar on stage tells you you are about to get the goods. Pretty damn good cover.
It was still not in tune the guitar tech handed him out of tune guitar and couldn’t recognize the song if not for the lyrics
Too good a performance by Warren. Proves never too old to rock n roll, born to perform . Am sure Steve must be grooving to this rendition from above. God bless.
They sound like a cross between Humble Pie and Mountain.
Great band
Indeed ! ♫
More like mountain ⛰ you nailed it...
Fresh take on this iconic song. Warren and the boys did what Humble Pie did so successfully - see Get Ready, Hallelujah I Just Love Her So, IDNND and more. Rock on

Wow. Now I need a Mule show.
Whew! Warren and Govt. Mule Killed this Cover! Love Warren!
Met Warren in A’ville back in the Brass Tap days❣️ Monday night Jam.....
And last but not least gov't mule love you brothers and the bothers ect seen you and you was fantastic at Bonnaroo
Dialing back the bpm's a little bit makes such a difference 🎸⚡️🤘
He reminds me of Leslie West ! Mountain Frontman
Loving this. Great biker hippie energy.
I love GM making cover song of classic rocks hits..
This is truly just bad ass.
Skip to 1:40 for the good stuff
Warren and Danny together are very powerful ---
I have this a thumbs up...n ain't even listened to this...I know these cats can play
Warren Haynes rocks!
How did he play the thing in tune after he figured out it was out of tune before he tuned it while he was playing the tune with out missing a beat. I don't know the cat that handed him the out of tune guitar but no way it was Hansons fault LOL!! Amazing!
Good time band, like Faces ?
You can tell the low E string is way out of tune at the beginning of the song. Warren tuned it pretty close during the first verse of the song.
Love it them and I truly miss Woody ❤️
Have to disagree..this rocks!💕
Got my f*ckin head spinnin round!
Was that keyboard intro a Fender Rhodes?
Warren Haynes is the King bby!............................He could make a rubber band sound bad assed...........................
Guitar tech forgot to tune to drop D. lol When he started I was like WTF?
The best
some songs are best left uncovered.
RIP, Steve
This sound makes me want buy a bottle of Beam, and kick the drums 😆
Awesome! Mule rules forever!
Ooops, what tuning were we expecting?
That tuning did messed it up a bit.
It was just straight up out of tune , it was in dropped D but it was a tad off!! LOL
amazing how he saved it after the first bar and somehow shook it in tune like adjusted somehow and at least got it close ,till he could get the tuner to it while not missing a beat, pretty impressive, I would've had to stop the tune and re tune , Warren is amazing.
Where was this
Love it, love it, love it. They owned it.
Grandissimi
Not a dig at tha mule...I like that they based their version by quoting Pete's version of Jumpin Jack Flash . I was refreshing surprised by it.
Out of tune and still sounds better than most what a legend
It's the old Lyle Lovett joke. Rock on
This song just gets me OFF , best version as Warren kills it both vocally and on guitar, even beats the Pie.
Humble Pie they ain't.
Better than the live vids of Humble Pie doing this classic here on RUclips.

lol
Surely there's a good production of Humble Pie doing this anthem somewhere.
Warren Hayes nailed it you didn't sound like Steve Marriott singing he sounds like Gregg Allman but he nailed it
Woops tares it up, 80's were rough. lol
Oh... FUCK... terrible... what were they lookin' for here... a pay check?

@@heyboz4458 It's now 40 FK boy.
вот не надо таким личностям стареть!
That's kinda over the top db's to high
Pretentious flim flam-- Tune up back stage & act like a real band!
This
Eh
They should have left this one alone.
ha ha ha
E A
Misbehaving as usual
I love Warren but....
Lets just call this going thru the motions. NTO old timers.
I like this band a lot but this is rather weak.
I like this band but they just don't get this song. Doesn't roll.
Terrible sloppy version.
