I know the grenade maul isnt really useful. but d6 blast shots each feels like it can maybe be made to work, maybe 2:1 not sure which way around yet. But i am so happy they are going to 3+ armour makes the 4 wound shield very interesting this time around.
Thanks for the tips! I'm working on magnetizing my first 3 Bullgryn, and converting Blood Bowl Ogres into an Ogryn Squad with the leftover bits. What I haven't decided is how to paint them! I want to play them with my Ratlings Kill Team, who wear gray urban camo, so I was thinking the Ogryn could wear red to draw attention. I'm hesitant to go with blue even though it would match my Krieg army, nor green because I have another green army.
Cool Video. Realy love your Unit reviews. Would you recomend 2×3 or 1×6 Bullgryns in the New recon elements detachment? Cause with Cover they could still save even AP-2 on a 3+
If your going for your resilient wall to block / screen your enemy or to hold areas, I would recommend 6. It all comes down to the list building. I personally will be trying out 2x3 of Bullgryn
I have always been disappointed on the damage output from these, for some reason I like to roll a lot of ones and twos when they fight. But they are so durable, they delay almost anything by binding them up and maybe killing a few models as a bonus. I've turned more to Ogryns lately but I miss my Bully Bullgryns. They are really good at removing chaff (with decent rolling) but anything hard makes them bounce.
Yeah that what happens to me as well, great in to chaff not so great into anything much tougher. I always take a squad or two though since they are one of the finest tar pits in the game which can be very valuable
Dudes a beast doing all this while holding down a job.
You're a beast for following and watching. Thank you!
I think hes on drugs . Im flat out keeping down a job and keeping up with these great videos.

So as you well know I love my Bullgryn and Ogryn troops. I will be running some soon.

my question is similar, i only use 1x3 atm and they never do any good. Is it better for 1x6?

Bullgryn don't have the Regiment keyword, so they don't benefit from the detachment rule
