Thanks you for THIS video! That one spring retainer clip that goes inside the caliper part 〽️ I could not figure it out. I got the caliper in pieces so never saw how it was designed to go together. Parts diagrams online didn't help and there are next to NO pictures of a rear XR250R caliper online anywhere! So, yeah....Thank you!!!
@@WeekendAdventureRides great! Not sure if you can see it too well but my ‘94 250 is my profile pic. Just finished a resto and your videos have been a huge help so thank you
Someone please tell me the diameter of both pistons (master cylinder and inside the caliper). I'm looking to buy spare seals, but can't find the specs.
I’ve used this video in the past few months during my rebuild of a 96 xr250r. I used the knock off front caliper/master cylinder and they’re working well. One thing I had to do with the stock suspension was retain the OEM caliper bracket as the offset would bind the disc on the front with the replacement piece. Works great. Thanks for the hard work on these videos and looking forward to build series and end product. Unfortunately I can’t make my bike street legal or I’d build it out for the same reason. Thanks again!
RFVC lover From Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 Thank you very much ♥️
Can't wait for the next one!

This is exactly why i started making videos
Just changed my rear pads in a cr80 and now the caliper is rubbing the wheel spokes. Why?
Could you make a video for the front brakes aswell?
Front brake procedure is nearly identical in turns of the caliper.
Hello, very nice video mate!! I ask if you know this brake part is the same on XR600??
Thanks.
What year XR600?? Are you looking for the master cylinder or rebuild kit?
More xr vids coming soon?
Yes! Had a very busy summer traveling. Filming a wheel rebuild video now. Will be out very soon!

The easiest way is to find the part number from an oem distributer.
Need Moar XR!!!
