Emad Conversion Experiment

Hi. It's been awhile and here's a new video of experiment.
I bought a 2nd hand broken Evans Emad which is already have a hole on it. One day I though how if I could remove that muffler thing and replace to other normal head?
So I tried to removed and replace to my Yamaha bass drum head and it works! Here's the steps....
1. Use hair dryer to removed the stickiness of the heads, once it removed, took it out with water so that would take it out easily.
2. Once it removed, apply a adhesive at damper and replace to head that you wanna stick. Wait until dry (keep it for one night)
3. Set to your bass drum and it's done!
