I live in Edmonton as well. The cost of living in an apartment has gone up quite a bit. Two years ago I was paying 1159 a month for a 2bdrm, now I am paying 1579 in the same place. We do actually pay for heat and water, it is just hidden in the rent cost.
Sandra thanks for this video. It's really helpful. A family of 5 with kids thst doesn't need to go for day care, will be budgeting say 2500 per month. That's encouraging.
I have literally been on your channel since yesterday morning. Still waiting. Went down to your first video. I really love you so much. Your videos are very detailed. Thank you so much for this much information. I'm feeling like I'm in Canada already. I'll start my process immediately after my wedding. I'm sticking around foreverrrrrr Another thing, do you mind doing a wedding planning video in Nigeria cos it's so expensive.
I know what you mean,it's tricky with brown rice. But I cook it only for my kids, and they like it really soft. So I don't really bother with it being perfectly grainy.
City vibes development. They have apartments in NW and SW Edmonton. Their rent prices depend on the apartment you go for, but they are definitely affordable when compared to others. rentcityvibe.ca/
We rented with CITY VIBES Edmonton. They have apartments all over Edmonton and in some areas of Calgary. This is the link to their website: rentcityvibe.ca/

Hi Sandra! Thanks for the info. How much do you pay for tenants insurance please
We pay $35 for tenants' insurance, but people pay less. It just depends on the insurance company you use.
