To all Malayalees and Indians coming to Germany with dreams, please learn German language. A very good level of German is expected by the job market here. I have experienced the difference in approach from employers myself. I know many friends and acquaintances struggling to find a part time job here due to lack of language proficiency.
The other important thing is an optimised resume as the interviewee says.

20-25yrs ago there were hardly any private Unis. Lately many got set up, & its made a money making business, where courses are cut half & many firms dont recognize. Many Ad I have seen in India & here. Most dont know much, but intention is to get in & somehow get a residency. Am living here since 1980 & observe this subject (Most students of all Unis are Indians & China)
