The source dragon is the biggest dragon lego has made. Its price is fair. Coles dragon mech is a display piece designed for older fans of not just Ninjago but Lego in general so it doesn't need many mini figures. The designers also said they included less figures to put more of the budget to the build. The tournament battle arena is a great set in general and comes with probably the best mini figure selection of any set besides the tournament temple city (which is over $200). The combo vehicle is an absolute scam though.

I believe with the Cole mech the designers wanted to spend of the budget on the mech to make it better
It was actually confirmed that the designers of Cole’s mech spent most of the budget on the Mech

Tournament Temple City is overpriced, Tournament Battle Arena is perfectly priced.
Cole mech is perfect, so is the arena and so is the source dragon.
Only the combo vehicle is bad.
The combo team vehicles does come with an exclusive armor piece. I thinks it is the red shatterspin armor.
