Just add an extra (average/better) videocard or replace the videocard with a better one. At 1:15 you can see where you can buy the videocards at the online shop.
What kind of PC are we talking about? The client’s PC or are you creating a new PC for the client? edit: I had the same problem, when starting up your PC you should click on “BIOS” and select reboot. It worked for me but idk if it would work for you.

Tbh, I also really don't get it so I'm slowly trying out each videocard on different computers and look at the stats on GeekBench (it's really hard to figure out though).

When your PC already has windows/linux installed you can download geekbench and check how much benchmark you have

It depends if you already have a videocard installed on your pc.
