I’m a university math student and your content is really inspiring and useful! I’m also hoping to get into data science and/or machine learning with applications to finance and economics. Keep up the great work and congratulations! Love from Canada 😊
Really exciting news! It's been a total roller coaster: first week as a masters student -> last week as a masters student, move in volg -> move out vlog, deadline day -> successfully becoming a maths graduate! Wishing the best and looking forward for more videos! :D
Congrats! You're gonna love living in Edinburgh longer term, it's such a great place to call home. I am about to start a maths course with the Open University so I would really appreciate some tips specifically for a maths student on study tips and any resources you found most useful!
oh my gosh. i just got to your 'big reveal' and - IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU CLAIRE this is so great :((( congratulations i really hope you enjoy this new chapter in your life and i'm so excited to watch this journey of yours!!
Claire - I have only recently discovered your channel and find all the content really interesting. 🧠 I thought your book drop was fun and you managed to get a copy so well done. 📕 Good luck with the new adventure in Edinburgh (when it finally starts), it sounds really exciting. 🍄 Well done for your amazing exam results, you must be both proud and relieved. 📑 Oh, probably one of the best videos for quality and content - casual, informative and fun. 🎀 More maths, please. I am a Biology teacher but I like to see what uni students and recent graduate are doing. 🌸 Enjoy the next year, Vivien 🌷🌷🌷
@@claireisabel5953 Claire - good. I've been watching students studying a range of subjects including Physics, Law, English, Natural Sciences, Medicine, Psychology, Business Studies and many more. I feel that I can learn a lot and help support my own pupils better. Learning about your Maths modules has been very interesting. Cheers, VMM 🌷🌷🌷
That's so cool that you'll be working in Edinburgh! I'm going into my 4th year studying MMath at Edinburgh.- it's such a lovely city and I can't wait to see your vlogs in my city! I just found your channel and I love your videos! I started searching about Maths at Exeter and it looks like they have great research in Mathematical Biology, which is an area I'm really interested in. So maybe I'll swap cities with you and do a PhD there someday haha
Wow! Is there any chance you would be able to make a video about the different jobs you could get from a maths degree? Just based on what you have seen maybe? Congrats!!
Hi Claire! Massive well done on your university grades and especially on your grad scheme offer! I am sure a lot of blood, tears, and sweat went into achieving that seeing how competitive the field of consulting in general, is. I have recently discovered your channel and been binge-watching your videos (I just realized how sad that sounded!). I was wondering if maybe I could talk to you via email, Zoom, Fb or whatever and ask for advice? I have just finished my first year at University of Manchester and my goal is to do a graduate scheme in management/strategy consulting at hopefully one of the Big 3 or, like you, at the Big 4. Thanks in advance and well done again.
Thanks so much! You can DM me on instagram @claire_isabelx, and I have a couple of advice videos pinned at the top of the comments section on application tips and what my internship was like!
Some study tips for maths univerity students would be great😊 especially any suggestions for studying theory (theorems and definitions..) Btw love your videos and good luck❤️☘️
Great vid! Well done & Congrats. I've watched a few of your vids now and I need to know: where are you from?? Your accent is so lovely. I'm not from the UK, but I'm trying to identify where Brits come from based on their accent. Good Luck - new sub from New Zealand!
@@claireisabel5953 good luck you have the potential of great analytical determination and passion as my maths teachers used to say a great mathematician never gives up until arive at an solution good luck

I did take calculus, I personally found it one of the more difficult areas but got there in the end!
