Thanks. I have decided to never have any surgery again and want to keep my inner self inner. I decided I would go this route and you have given me confirmation that this is the healthiest way to do what God wants us to do. To do things the natural way. I’m an OR RN and I’ve seen “things” happen in surgery and complications afterwards. Thanks again.

Do you get pesseries that is totaly flexable. Not the stiff ring pessary with steel in. Had problems with ring pessary too hard, not plexable enoug. Thx.
Would this be a permanent fix or just temporary or as long as you use it.
Some of these comments are 100% ignorant uneducated idiotic statements. My mother has a pessary and it completely changed her life. She is disabled in her legs and couldn’t do surgery or pelvic floor exercises. The pessary holds everything back into place and gave her life back to her. This year at age 48 I also had a prolapse. I am doing kegals but so much was hanging out that it literally sealed off my urine stream and I had to start doing self catheterizing. I got a pessary and all my problems disappeared. Pessary lifted the pressure off my bladder and reopened the urine flow. And it stopped my pain which helped my do kegals better. I am doing surgery but all the surgeons are booked out 3-4 months so this pessary is saving my life right now. I even went to Disneyland with it and had no pain. If anyone is reading this…..please do try a pessary in addition to pelvic therapy. Don’t believe these uneducated commenters. They have no idea what they are talking about.

The ruination of all sex life completely! What kind of nurse are you to suggest a woman walks around with this type of contraption instead of looking at reversal of the situation with pelvic floor therapy. Silly woman. Why the heck would anyone want to walk around with an object in their vagina ALL DAY as opposed to trying weights a few minutes a day? Geez.
