@@2HandHangerDunksOnly youre misunderstanding. no shit it still does poise damage, but without the bugged poise damage values it had last patch its just objectively worse than haldag end of story
Scott Bund
the weapon looks cool, its a shame its not really great how would u buff it while still making it fun and fair?
give the AOW some hyperarmor, and a MASSIVE damage buff. If you get hit by that shit, you deserve to get almost oneshot
@@lred1383great, more L2 sticks, what the game needs
At least you get one handed jr2 into r1 combo
They have created less potent version of Banished Halberd + rot grease. 😦
That's a good point, why in the everloving fuck did they put less rot buildup on this than you get from grease? It's not like the skill applies extra or anything, wish Fromsoft didn't despise these status effects...
This thing never procs the rot in duels it seems
Fitting how the easiest dlc boss in the game also gives the worst remembrance rewards in the game
Rot is better in invasions. Clearly you should suffer through hours of invasions while using an awfully short uppercut halberd with no L2 button.
You need to push up your glasses more, I can tell they’re falling from the way you talk
I’m actually extremely disappointed in this. I was looking forward to using this weapon. I always liked inflicting scarlet rot
The issue I’ve had with the dlc items OVERALL, is that basically 98% of the boss remembrance items are absolutely garbage.
Putrescent Spells are so bad! Rain of Fire, is WAY under-tuned. Both Romina’s Poleblade AND the spell are virtually useless.
Basically, they went WAY WAY too weak with the hardest items to get, and made silly things like Swift Slash and Blind Spot unbelievably overpowered.
Most of the spell oriented stuff is terribly underwhelming, with an exception of about 2-3 spells/incantations.
They need to do a patch that fixes a lot of this stuff!
Let's see: Rellana swords - decent, Gaius sword lance - great, Midra sword also great, Messmer spear - good, Funny Avatar bonk - meme tier but still decent, Putrescent knight cleaver - good
In conclusion - skill issue. Overall the incantations need some buffs more than the weapons, even this halberd outclassed by most can still be used to great success, same can't be said about rain of fire or bear roar.
@@anitaremenarova6662 Not all the boss weapons are bad. The spells and incantations however…they’re mostly underwhelming compared to other options.
not everything is meant for pvp bud
its not even good for PVE. you can just throw a hefty rot pot to do signifficantly more rot than this thing
More like Polearm of the Bad (insert laugh)
Scott Bud
could it be okay in an invasion context maybe, or a 3v3? Definitely rough.
No, it's even worse because the weapon skill has 0 hyperarmor.
As a ganker? Everything works since you almost never get punished by brain-dead spamming
As an invader? Nah lmao it has no hyperarmor
Maybe a roll catch or a knock down follow up, umm try aoe knock down spells into it
theyd just roll past you, you fly foward 500 feet
I thought it has the same move set as the guardian swordspear?
It does, it's simply worse in every single way.
Also, 1 handing this means the jumping r2 true combos into the r1...ur welcome lol
Does this get the weaker version of scarlet rot too?
You know Guardian swordspear has that moveset too? You don't need to use dogshit lorrettas
i legit completely forgot about the swordspear you're totally right
@@ScottJund yeah lol, its actually a decent weapon statwise too, cuz lorretta is kinda even worse than this weapon
use a swordspear with rot grease for 200 more ar and 25 more rot build up lol. And you're not stuck with a dogshit aow
10:00 That AOW does extra damage to poisoned and rotted targets. It's hard to land, but you can one shot poisoned targets no problem
no, it doesnt. it does like 1500 when fully built for it on a poisoned or rotted target. i tested this for like 3 hours
Hey, I love this weapon and I beat Radahn with it!
It's fucking trash but pretty butterflies go spinny!!
Yeah I have been trying to make this weapon work...have not been too successful
That's a PvE ash.
