When I did this my left ear started ringing. My left ear (never my right ear) has been randomly ringing on and off for weeks now. Maybe linked to me asking my angels to help me connect to my higher self. Also, the last few weeks, I’ve felt blocked in my head; almost like a heavy head feeling, which was accompanied with me feeling ‘off’ and in a negative vibrational state.
