You should be able to lock the rotation in place.. any amount of bass will make that into a flipping mess I doubt that it' is external audio equipment friendly.. most of these don't even have but only 1volt RCA preouts , where as 4-5 volts is industry standard. They're not made with the thought put in for any type of amps or high quality specs that are required for amps or audio systems they're made for average music and media viewing.

I fixed the first problem. Now 12v enters the device, but I measured on the board and I don't have (cooler) 12v. I measured the voltage at the fan and I have 1 volt. Whatever the problem
