This is a recently restored KH587 machine. It is the same as a KH588 but with Japanese markings rather than English. In this video we work on knitting fairisle. This machine has a unique way of accomplishing it! This is part of an entire series on these fascinating 8 button machines. Any of the standard gauge pattern books from my Ravelry store may be used on these machines.
