Just want to let everyone know that I will be doing more SV tutorials soon! I have said this on my Twitter, so to stay up to date please follow me @tomjmccoyy! Thumbs up this comment, so all can see!
As my tutorials get more and more views I wish I could change a few things on them. They are based off of things I knew at the time and may not always be the correct way. I taught myself everything I know so it is usually just the way I have always done it. Looking back now I do a lot of things differently compared to what I used to. Please take my tutorials as more of a guideline rather than a formula. Be creative and do things the way they work for you. I don't know everything and I hope I never do. I'm just here to help as much as I can. I hope people read this. Please thumbs up so new viewers may read.
Great tutorial dude. I want to offer some advice though. I'm not sure and I don't want to speak for other people but I think it would be a little less distracting if you turned the music down a little and maybe put a de-esser on your voice.I think that would really take the quality to the next level. Like I said, it's just advice; not trying to be overly critical. These really are great tutorials.
justin gates ***** yea i was thinking the same cause he actually says useful stuff the background music is kinda distracting but im editing my music video for the first time so far its looking great cause of these tutorials got the trap style flash on point, makes some more effects tutorials bruh i know you know some more show how to get creative with the effects
Yeah I've worked on bringing down that background music and using my boom mic for recording now. I live a really busy life and I'm always working on stuff. I hope when I go to film school next year in Nebraska I will have more time to do tutorials also. Thank you for your support!
***** dude, a big thanks from me for doing these tutorials, i m new in all the Sony Vegas stuff, i m doing short frag clips on CS:GO and your vids helped me a lot since day one. THANK YOU!
Just want to say thank you for 12k, guys. I've been really busy with projects lately, so I apologize for not uploading tutorials. I have some planned for Vegas, Premier, and After Effects. SV - twixtor tips and settings, Premier - basics, and AE - time lapse editing. Like this comment so it may be seen. Thanks, guys and gals.
Yo this helped so much and I always appreciate the content and when i found the channel and got the energy from you from the previous video, you've been nothing but real and can vouch for the amazing content and how down to earth you are with everything! All the most love, respect, and appreciation
tom i recently discovered your work. dude you probably have the best tutorials. so serious. thanks so much i appreciate it, really do. i hope you have more coming
One tip man, dont apologise at the beginning of the video because of what footage you decided to use, people shouldnt be negative at all against you just because of that cause you help everyone with their videos!
To everybody that cannot find 'reset to none' in their saturation adjust: Use the default option and drag it where he indicated, then set all the bars to maximum. This worked for me, but I can't guarantee it will for you. If this does help, please like it so that others who are having trouble will find it :D
You are my favourite person who does these tutorials because you are so in depth but not boring thank you so much for helping and I hope you continue doing them and get loads of subscribers xoxo
I know this is a tutorial for the Twitch effect, but I want to know if the slow-motion effect in the beginning can somehow be achieved in Vegas. I know that you might have done through your camera itself, but maybe there's hope for people without cameras.
Your tutorials are amazing, they've helped so much I watch all of the sony vegas ones is there any way you could go over some of your favourite ccs or glow/light ray settings? obviously it depends on the clip but I think it would be super helpful! keep up the beaut vids ;)
FifaFurious it's called creativity and resourcefulness. If two people know the same stuff but one has the two mentioned above he can create so many things that the other won't even think of in his/her lifetime.
Hey, thank you :D really helped a lot, I wasn´t even looking for tutorial like that but somehow I clicked at it and I was like "oh god, this is EXACTLY what I needed, thanks god". So, thank you :D And I like your voice :D

It doesn’t quite go into the sa level as detail as Lypur’s videos, but it gives you a great overview of the “basics” - so that you can start
in saturation adjust there is no "reset to none" option available =\
