This band has a home inside their fans heads and hearts. If you have not been down on your knees before in life you wouldn't understand how they have helped those whom have. Love Blue October.
I am so happy to have followed Blue October from the beginning and watching Justin's dysfunctional (at times) path of growth musically and more important personally. It's great to see he's finally found a way to shut all those demons down for good and is a great example that music, love, and pure determination can conquer all the obstacles placed in your path.

Wasn't that kinda show, wasn't meant to be a live audience. It was an online streaming showcase for SXSW. There was like 30 people in the room who I'm sure weren't there for the music, it was more the networking. I can't imagine screaming at someone during an accustic intimate performance anyway. Just not cool.
+Nikki Walters Between songs though, and especially at the end I expected a bigger applause. With all the energy Justin brought it just seemed weird to have so little applause. But oh well.

Oh I can’t stand watching this. Why didn’t he have Ryan there to play those fabulous hooks and backup vocals. Mathew is not the performer that Ryan is. My head keeps waiting that hook. 👎
My younger sister steered me to this band, but I'm definitely not getting it. There's a certain sense of honesty about these guys, but the near-total absence of negativity and humor in their work just leaves me cold. They remind me vaguely of The Smiths, who I also didn't much care for. -It's down to taste, I suppose.
Well you can not judge from this simple acoustic show but that being said, Blue October is not for everyone. Sorry you miss out on the message in the songs.

Funny thing is, Justin doesn't even need a guitar...he can just sing all his songs and it would be an amazing concert.
