At a 9/23/16 event produced by CauseConnect for 100 community leaders, renowned architect Pierre de Meuron from Basel, Switzerland shares plans for his mixed-use development 6th+Alameda in Downtown Los Angeles to be designed by his award-winning architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron.

Go for it. I live directly across the street in the Las Americas Hotel. When you're done building, the neighborhood will drastically improve. My bldg used to be pretty ok, sort of, but now it's a VIOLENT DUMP BECAUSE TGE SKID ROW HOUSING TRUST ARE SLUMLORDS AND ABSOLUTELY SUCK BALLS. Maybe general area improvement will rub off on them. Hope so...who knows...?
