It must seem odd to sing your national anthem for 70 years and then suddenly, a subtle change in lyrics. I feel like I would be stumbling over it for a while after singing it one way for almost 40 years of my life.

I'm Canadian and, according to Canadian media, the Queen's long-standing appearance on our $20 banknote will NOT necessarily be replaced by a picture of King Charles III any time soon - or indeed EVER. There is apparently some inclination to replace her picture with some other unspecified image of a person, place or thing that somehow epitomizes our country. No decision has yet been rendered on this matter so it may take several months before we get any idea what the new image on the $20 bill will be. Apparently, coins are in the same position: Charles III may NOT replace his mother on our coins.

Polymer banknotes represent almost treble the greenhouse gas emissions than the paper notes they replaced, despite their longer lifespan and the Bank of England’s initial claims.
This extended lifespan was cited as the main reason for the new notes having a lower environmental impact. However, the bank’s data is based on what it calls functional units - the circulation of 1,000 banknotes over 10 years - rather than the number actually used by an individual, their manufacture and the number of exchanges they go through. When it comes to disposal at the end of their lives, paper notes are returned to the Bank of England, where they are granulated and composted in a process similar to that used for food waste. Meanwhile, polymer notes are granulated, melted and mechanically recycled into other objects. The greenhouse gas production of each method for both the paper and plastic £5 notes is essentially the same. The slightly larger and thicker £10 notes, though, mean that the polymer versions create slightly more CO2 in their end-of-life process than their paper counterparts.

Meanwhile Britain’s idolatry is invested in the history and continuity of Britain, hence we freely make idols of living monarchs because they don’t represent people so much as the era of Britain itself, hence why we have periods known as the Victorian and Elizabethan eras because those queens serve as human milestones.
Both approaches have benefits and flaws, far too many to be exhaustive here, but suffice it to say Britain suffers for lack of a clear concept whilst America suffers for lack of an overarching, defining figurehead, but nobody seems to complain so it’s probably working.

Actually, not in the UK. In UK schools (at least when I was at school nearly half a century ago) there were two styles of pronunciation - one following the church's historical use and the other used by classical academics. Caesar would be "Kaiser" or "Seize-er", formulae would be "formul-eye" or "formula-ee" and so on. As I understand it, neither style matches the true style once used in Rome. The pronunciation here is correct for the context, using the historical style, as I understand it.
