- In honor of our sweet Luci's second birthday yesterday I wanted to share her birth video. This video is one of my most treasured possessions and a day I will never forget. So happy she is ours.

Having ur daughters there was soo beautiful ! I wish i could have had her. I truly believe that we are much stronger wen our children are there for us. Its like for a moment we are the babys and there our parents cheering us on. I remember having a miscarriage and crying and my middle child just sat there with me and cleaned my eyes and huged me and told me everything was gonna be ok. She was only 3 1/2.

That was beautiful. I'm having our 3rd home-birth this summer! I'm so excited. And this is the first time I've got a real sense if how to manage contractions. It takes relaxation and mindfulness! Question, how do you know that everything is going okay during a home birth? Like the baby is positioned okay and you do not need a cesarean. Might be a silly question but just curious
I believe the Mid-wife and Doula knows.
most babies don’t need any interventions to be born bc they naturally will move into the correct positioning! also the midwife can tell where a baby is positioned fairly easily
Whic birth pool did you use? Smaller or bigger size? P.S. you’re beautiful
