If anyone wants to do this themselves without reinstalling windows (if they're on 21H2), LagLife made his own tutorial (he's the guy who made this modified ISO)
That's what I did on my gaming laptop like 2 year ago after I "accidentally" updated to Windows 11, albeit manually. I tried to transform it into Windows 10 only for usable experience. Thankfully Windows 11 is more usable today than in 2021.

If i knew i could make 11 look and function like 10 i would upgrade. But i'm still using 10 as long as i can. I'm hoping told hold until 12 comes along and upgrade from 10 to 12 just like i upgraded from 7 to 10.
I'm also hoping that revert to a 10-like look in 12.
