Hi @Eva, thanks for watching. The answer is a little bit more complicated than separating the molecules based on their sizes. It involves understanding how the two mechanisms work: (1) Electroosmotic flow and (2) Electrophoretic mobility, the charge of the species, the Stokes radii of the analytes, and the voltage applied.
