    Hi, I have a question. When F-, Cl- and Br- was added to identify the ions, why is it added separately? Why not add all the ions together?

    Hello! I have a question, does this method separate the molecules from large to small? Will the smaller molecules have quicker results than the larger molecules? (they are faster at the detector) I hope you understand, english is not my first language.

      Hi @Eva, thanks for watching. The answer is a little bit more complicated than separating the molecules based on their sizes. It involves understanding how the two mechanisms work: (1) Electroosmotic flow and (2) Electrophoretic mobility, the charge of the species, the Stokes radii of the analytes, and the voltage applied.
