The problem is, Israel is possible to show restrain if there is a good reason to do. Iran, well, they can only restrain if there existence is threaten. That's the problem.

West bank is not occupied.
It isn't "not occupied" either.
What he meant is that the deceased Palestinian was in a part of the West Bank that's been occupied by settlers.
So no one lived there? Except the Arabs, and Christians and settlers. The UN investors found that 38 children were killed in the West Bank between January and September last year, mostly for threatening settlers by throwing stones. That’s one a week. Nearly 10,000 imprisoned without trial!
