RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution to allow the broadcasting of the Allen Park High School hosted “Meet the Candidate Night”, being held on October 11, 2023, on government access website and television
2. Resolution to concur with the Recommendation from the City Engineers and Award the Contract for the Fueling Station at the DPS Building Yard Bid to R.W. Mercer Co. for the contract price of $272,369.00 and a 10% contingency in the amount of $27,236.90 for a total of $299,605.90, based on allocated funds by the City and a reduced project scope with funds to come from the following: $142,000.00 to budget # 401-000-985-003 Capital Outlay, and $142,000.00 to budget # 592-545-987-000 Water Capital Outlay
3. Resolution to renew the City of Allen Park’s participation in the Wayne County CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) Urban County Cooperative Program for Program Years 2024, 2025 & 2026
