- Some of the biggest names in K-pop are headed to the Chicago area this weekend as KCON, a global celebration of Korean culture and music, takes place in the region for the first time. NBC Chicago talked to one of the headliners, BtoB as the group performs in Chicago, hometown to group member Peniel, for the first time.

My thoughts EXACTLY! When I heard Hyunsik say that I'm like, "Why is he tryna con us into thinking it's easy?" Sure, some songs are singable but do I sound good doing the ad libs or tripping over the raps, now that's a whole different story 😂

Its like all these while Peniel is waiting for them to finish their military so that they can send him back home. And he is FINALLY Home with his brothers with him. I just recently became a fan and I hope they come again to Chicago next year! Kcon seems like a fun event and I hope to experience it some day! ❤😊
