My first time here. My doctor took me off BP medication. He said I was doing so well, why should I call him, lol. I saw your channel on the things I need to continue doing. I don't eat salty foods or add salt to my foods. I cook my food separate from my wife. I however fail to be consistent on my daily exercise. I have no excuse because I am retired and have access to a number places. I take Fish oil, eat salads but know I will add celery and carrots. Thank you for the information.

I must say I'm so inspired to be the best I can be. I'm so proud of black peoples rise,I took so many beat downs for standing up proclaiming that black people if left alone are some of the best God Made. Hi Dr. Frita..OMG! I WISH you were my Nephrologist! I cannot even believe the things I'm hearing on you channel...I Can't stop watching video after video. Man...my mo. Said for years that she had Lupus and I seem to have the symptoms...( I think) I also have stage 3b kidney failure (chronic) egfr of 44 last blood work. Now I've just been diagnosed with diabetes type 2! I'm not sure which one is causing nausea and fatigue...I'm so lost, some days I feel amazing and then suddenly I'm knocked over by a fatigue and a "burning" in my muscles as if I've just lifted weights. It is so confusing. I live out in the sticks...4 hours from Seattle WA so my Nephrologist comes to Port Angeles WA once a month. I don't know what to ro... aim eating mainly veggies but sometimes have chicken or fish and no sweets, I try to stick to low sodium...I do it all. I'll be watching your channel from now on...you are a true inspiration. I was just so upset that I've probably had these kidney problems for years, and years! 15 years ago I used to smell ammonia after a workout and always got a metallic taste in my mouth...When ai was told there was something wrong with my kidneys my egfr was 40. Eating vegetarian I got it to 48 .but then I got slack during the 3 months before my next test...that must be why I'm 44 right now. Anyway, just wanted to say you are amazing!

He referred me to a nephrologist for further treatment. What can a nephrologist do to further assist me that my regular doctor is not already providing for me?
Just subscribed , can you make one about alcoholism disease, like what can we do to help people that are addicted and keep relapsing and putting themselves in danger because they have been close to dying cuz of liver damage. Before. I'm trying to help my cousin she's giving up on my uncle.
