I have one on the way..paid only $95 was last refurbished one last week from hosim...they also will be selling upgraded diffs that dont break for these...i will most like upgrade radio,tires,servo etc and see if that makes it good enough for me...😊

@roadstar499 I haven't got to drive this one much yet, but a gyro and light weight grippy tires should give it top performance. I got this rc from Heavy Metal RC who also did a video on it. I think this X01 will be a durable top performer

Were you able to improve handling from stock? Shock tuning,tires,servo and radio should make a huge improvement imo...

X07 yes, not X01 I forgot. I had the X04a first gen of this chassis and it's much better quality
X07 is much better than X04a
I have fitted a 540 brushless motor on my x07 always thought that 390 size with just a little too small. I uploaded a short video.

About 30mph on 2s and 40mph 3s off the 3800kv motor
u can get 2847 4700kv is pretty good to on 3s 70c
