It would be interesting if they implemented a way to fight in formation, perhaps even including shields (if for no other reason than as a counter to crossbows). You could train up a proper phalanx or a Tercio with swords, pikes, and crossbows. It would introduce some more variety to certain factions, like maybe the Holy Nation or other well-organized factions are more likely to fight in formation, not just have soldiers with better gear or better stats.
Oh my goodness i just found out if you give the order to pick someone up lets say the boss of the swamp ninjas and they get up before you pick them up you still pick them up

cranking up multipliers and downloading mods can make the game more bearable and more enjoyable. It's a sandbox, so play it how you want to play it
