I feel like the "Getting shocked and falling face first like a statue being tipped over) is a common trend in like every cartoon.
The character just loses every sense of balance and freezes up; as an unknown breeze pushes them in one direction as they fall over
It makes some sense tbh.

3:17 I remember these tires being one of the biggest mysteries from my childhood
there are several animation errors in the cliffside realm that you guys missed involving the sweeper. when the sweeper appears and is identified by kurt, it is shown travelling the wrong way down the track (as intended). but in the next shot when the camera pans under it, the error shows it travelling in the correct direction based on track location and arrow orientation. the second error is after the sweeper releases the sweeper drones, when it goes up the embankment of the corner, the model drastically clips through the track. the last error with the sweeper is as it approaches where tork and monkey are, the sweeper is shown driving backwards. and as a bonus error, during the course of the entire cliffside realm mini episode, the track arrows reorient themselves incorrectly several times.
This video made my editor crash more than 10 times, but the quality is good

If i remember well, theres a error in the Ice Realm mini episode involving Rivited. When the camera shows Taro unconsious, you can see that the fender from the back wheel of the right has commited Kadeem and decided to be gone.

I have another animation goof, but this takes place during the World Race. When Vert goes up the loop in the Ring of Fire and uses his jump jets, his car lands on the same side that he went up before taking the jump.

In the Swamp Realm, in one shot, Battle Spec has transformative tires which were not introduced for the human drivers yet. You can see that shot on Karma's theory scene when she talks about the Swamp Realm. Surprisingly, that's also the only shot in Ignition where a Teku vehicle has blue tires (Teku vehicles have black tires in Ignition as well as the Cavern and Lava Realm micro episodes).

In the metro realm, when taro pushes the drone car off the ledge, the drone car changes model when the camera cuts to different angles, also there are a lot of missing tires not being rendered but I can't state them all.

Maybe people already knew this tho, but you can clearly see kurt's slingshot in it's normal colors (purple street breed) in the starting grid of the 4th leg of the world race, when he was literally on mountain beside the starting grid with slingshot in black.
Speed of Silence - 23:31 (I Just remember that now xD)
When the camera zoom in Vert's face, if you look at the window of Power Rage, the car isn't spinning in the air, for some reason it is stop in the track when the camera spin to give flying impression. The car isn't even spin in the air!
One thing you guys didn't mention was when Taro did his second run of the Water Realm. After he gets out, he breaths a sigh of relief but his lips don't move.
Oh god the music is bringing back memories. Beat that! Was the best Hotwheels game ever made (the ps2 version anyway) fight me.
Yes the game was jank af, but as an 8 year old i didnt care and the music is so well made.
8:50 there is also strange that rd05 changed into rd 08 and and rd06's had an ignition style
Also in Acceleracers the speed of silence when synkro gets flipped by the falling drone car and slides down the streets the tires are black for a second and then change back to blue

Since then I rewatched Breaking point and found that this error is even bigger - Turns out in every scene where all Silencerz are on the screen one of their cars appears twice. It´s like they really wanted to have 6 Silencerz but only had 5 car models ready, so they swapped them around at random and hoped nobody would notice...
I noticed 2 iridium's as well.
9:48 his camera was knocked off of the car (hence the cam’s POV being on the track) and the drone decided to break it with it’s face for some reason.
Also, it could have come in it’s own vehicle and have it parked out of view of the camera.
I actually noticed the first one a few days before this video came out haha

I watched both of these and I find it hilarious that you haven't mentioned that one scene in the water realm when the Bassline's wheels are not spinning at all. It's around 19:15 in Speed of Silence. It is so "in your face" I'm genuinely surprised you did not mention it here.
so there is an animation error in world race i dont think you guys caught yet that i have seen. i watched part 1 to see but it wasn't there
so around 55:23 in the movie. krazy 8s drives backwards over a gap in one of the pyramids for a second even though it would seem that the car should fall into it or something. not just float in the air lol

i just re watched world race and found another error
at around 1:23:32 in the movie your supposed to see sling shot. but instead you see side draft even though that car was supposed to be crashed around 30 seconds earlier.
theres more one error i noticed in the cliffside realm

I have an animation error I found but didn't see in other videos. In the Pipeline Realm, when the Sweeper breaks through the metal door that closed, there are two different patterns that the door has in the same scene.

in ignition theres a render error i think thats what its called ( heres the timestamp ruclips.net/video/s91WHT7rVFc/видео.html ) the hood in power rage is missing. it could be intentional since vert is building a car but before that scene there was a close up of vert fixing his car and in the side you can see the hood is up in 37:05)
Karma is not a human she is a robot she must be the twin version of Gelorum just rewatch acceleracers she is the only one showing interest in robots that also from the start when she meets geek (tesla's robot) she is the one who is interested in drones she was the only one who used a simulation to study the drones driving pattern and she was the only one in the series who understood that all the realms were nothing but test build by the accelerons to choose the best driver but when she tells tesla he tells her that it is all wrong what she said and this happened during water realm and she was the one to help Taro out of the water realm (i think she is a robot who is either under cover or her memory was erased )
