The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

First clip from the latest (hour long) Shortsighted Podcast episode, maybe the best yet for conquering "last diopter". Vlad really turned the corner, ignoring the optometrist who told him to get -3 diopter glasses. Very detailed story, Vlad can now see better than the 20/20 line putting the eye chart at DOUBLE the intended distance. Really a great, instructive episode.

Eskimos só comiam carne crua, veja fotos antigas do povo Inuit (eskimo), japoneses comem peixe cru, Árabes comem carne moída crua.

What do you think about eye exercise when i focus to center, like for example to a man face on video, and i move my head to sides and i try to see something without glasses ? Or about exercise when i move fast to sides, so that view would move in my eyes ? I saw improvement in vision while doing that, for short times. What can you say about this exercise ?

Eye exercises, often referred to as vision therapy, are a subject of interest and discussion. While some people report subjective improvements in their vision through various eye exercises, it's important to note that scientific evidence supporting the effectiveness of these exercises is limited, and results can vary from person to person.
The exercises you described, such as focusing on a central point and moving your head or eyes to the sides, are often suggested to improve eye coordination and flexibility. These exercises might help train the eye muscles and improve the ability to focus on different distances. However, the extent of improvement and the long-term impact on visual acuity can vary.
If you have noticed some positive changes in your vision, it could be due to increased blood flow and flexibility in the eye muscles. Nevertheless, it's essential to approach eye exercises with caution and not solely rely on them for vision correction. If you have specific vision concerns or require prescription glasses, it's advisable to consult with an eye care professional.
Regular eye check-ups are crucial to ensure that any changes in vision are properly assessed, and the appropriate measures, such as corrective lenses, are prescribed if needed. Additionally, if you experience any discomfort or worsening of symptoms while doing eye exercises, it's important to stop and consult with an eye care professional.

@@MadalinaAntonianot quite like, 20/20= at 20 feet you can see what the average person with good eyesight can see at 20 feet away. 20/15 = at 20ft you can see what the average person with good eyesight can see at 15 feet away.
