Well in the Special Edition of Devil May Cry 4, there was a hooded woman with what it seems to be a red dress who stopped to look at Vergil after he passed by. I'm not 100% sure if that's hinting if she's Nero's mom. But from what I've read so far, Vergil did have a brief affair and sired Nero while in Fortuna, but again I'm unsure if it's with the hooded woman with the red dress.
