The rhythm of this piece is very nice and i tried to stick with it for as much as i can in this piano arrangement. I also added a litle flair to the begining with those 32nd note flourishes!

Sounds like cafe music, doesn't it? Fitting for the romantic-esque thing hoyo has going for Fontaine.
Fun fact! After I saw the live symphony of Fontaine on my feed, I got into the OST. And wow, first of all, there are a lot. But from the few I listened to, I do have a favourite (other than the main theme) . It was "Rondeau des fleurs et des rapieres" and I suppose I am just biased to the piano spam- sorry descending quavers, but it was fantastic lol.

I wish so much that someone would do "the drifting beauty" from Fontaine, I only found sheet music, but unfortunately I can't read sheet music and it was very frustrating. But i really love your videos
