    1 - To obtain a gluten-free recipe, replace the wheat flour and semolina with 160 grams of chickpea flour.
    Ingredients :
    950 grams of squash
    80 grams of flour
    80 grams of fine wheat semolina
    1 sprig of rosemary
    1 sage leaf
    olive oil
    Salt and pepper
    1 handful of parmesan shavings
