OMG, in Norway you have to pay 25% in vat, and for some items an additional 10,7% in duties on the total value of your item everytime you take something back.(Because we are not a member of the EU) The rest of Europe just offer 10%-15% vat back so a huge loss for us :(

Also question: i see that marco used his dior saddle while still in Paris! I’ve heard stories awhile back that they won’t honor the refund unless the good has been unopened. Have been more lenient/lax with that rule or have you not experienced that before?

I was in Copenhagen with my boyfriend last August. We lost our passport but the people there were so nice and luckily we were able to retrieve our belongings with our passport back.
