    Cracking review! I really like the positive/negative approach! Like the thought of a hybrid but some expensive battery issues have made me cautious, or would only buy with warranty which you no doubt have buying approved used!

    We're thinking about the 400 plug in ,most reviews were positive,you've just sent me down a dark hole and 😂🙄🤔 ..i get the fridge frustrations on a premium motor,i too want a cold bottle of wine on arrival. I loved your crankiness to start ,it made the review more balanced ,fair play. I wonder should we go for a newer model..take out the cranky middle aged man features 😂😂

    Another fab video looking back from Dec23, chaos ensued. Glad you got out of it.

    Great spec!
    1. the fridge compartment has 2 latches - the closest to you is the fridge and the one closer to the passenger opens the top layer above the fridge.
    2. The reason the boot feels small is that you have the exec seats (I think standard with autobiography) in the back meaning they recline more and there is an additional barrier behind the rear seats. I recently bought a vogue SE which had these specced and made me wonder why the boot felt small for such a big car.

    Usually the adaptive high beam dips that particular part if it detects oncoming traffic.. configure it on your headlamp settings

    I do notice taller cars blinding me but I don't flash back because I know why it happens

    What is it like when driving on electric power only?

    Haha... some of these comments are fair but come on, having owned one for 7-8 years and upgraded the comments about lights, fridge, and touch screen certainly haven't happened to me, ever. Yes the boot is way too small for the size of car but also, I definitely got used to the size quite quickly.

      In fairness it has been very good lately and using voice controls is much better than touch. I still have the car too!

    On long journeys, once the battery runs out and you are using the 2.0L engine, how does that feel? Is the engine too small for such a large car?

    • @Challengetheroad
      @Challengetheroad  Год назад +3

      Long Journeys engine feels good and really comfortable - it does not feel that quick but it is deceiving being such a comfortable car.

    Use voice calling if you can't press buttons. Safer whilst on the move!

    What sort of MPG would you normally get? What if you don’t charge it? Thanks

    Why is there no 7 seats in Range Rover EV PLUG-IN LWB????

    Hello mate, what's your real world mpg if you run it with full battery and on hybrid mode?

    • @Challengetheroad
      @Challengetheroad  9 месяцев назад +1

      It was about always 30mpg but I do not think that includes full electric use. The hybrid did not have much regen compared to say a BMW.

    How reliable is this car? Did you have any problems?
    How quick is it? It says 400hp but its hard to believe because engine is only 2.0L

    • @Challengetheroad
      @Challengetheroad  Год назад +2

      Its really hit and miss - if the weather bad I have lots of problems which is weird as its a range rover. Just selling now as boot has issues - apple carplay problems - camera problems - sensor problems. All usual land rover stuff but become frustrating over time.

    • @Challengetheroad

      Does not feel quick - EV mode is very slow
