    Very nice project Nick! I really enjoyed the video, simple and enjoyable to watch; a nice guide for anyone who like to build a heat treating oven for their workshop! Looking forward for part two.

    I`m fairly sure the porcelain, zircon etc mix is known commonly as a kiln wash

      Thanks for that, someone also said it might be called liquid glass, have you heard that term as well?
