Need to double fried? How longer does the crispness last? Think of doing it for Christmas as a starter. Thks

Hi tck tck, thank you for the question 😄This fried mushroom recipe does not need to be double-fried - once is enough 😄 Wow, these would be very delicious as a Christmas starter!
As for the crispiness, I would suggest to serve as soon as possible or to fry them just before eating. Fried food tend to lose their crispiness because there is moisture/ condensation in the air/ "sweating" after cooling, so it really depends. If possible, try to let them cool on a wire rack without stacking, and to serve within 15 minutes. Happy cooking 😄

Is it ok that I don't use fried chicken powder but only using tempura flour?
