HELP😢 I installed all MS Office package following this video but since then I have faced a lot of issues. One time my file changes weren’t saved and I lost so many days worth of work. Then I started backing up my files to one drive. But today I was not able to open any of those backed up files. A notification popped up, saying “Authentication required”. i installed authenticator app, added my microsoft account there but the files are still not opening. It’s my research project😢 I can’t do the whole work again, please help. I have also tried opening files through other apps like WPS or google docs but it shows the files are locked and can open for read only. 😢

Doesnt work. When you clikc in install apps, it asks for product key or go premium which means have to pay. Video is probably misleading.
