Unfortunately, due to lack of resources, and the mishap with my channel, I did not get to complete the epic I had planned.
Instead, I bring you PvP, the Merc way. It's been too long since you've seen a Rogue video from me and I intend for that to change.
I would, however love my audience back, and as such, if you know anyone who was subscribed to my last channel, who isn't subscribed to this one, or even a friend who hasn't seen my videos yet, please, point them in my direction, so I have a reason to make my videos again.

If you are wondering why he's using the pvp trinket even though he's human their was a time in cata were "every man for himself" was nerfed to have a 3 min CD,But the pvp trinket stayed at a 2 min cd.
He just changed the icon of the trinket...

I have some really good advice for some fellow rogues who lose to mages. When after you garrote a mage they tend to frost nova you and run and lance. What you should do immediately after you are nova'd is cloak of shadows then sprint to them. If you can try and stealth when it starts to become harder to gain combo points. Restealth using vanish. Open on them with garrote again and then use blind on them and from then on either recuperate depending on ur health or finish them off.
That mage 1v2 was awesome you dealt with the Old smokebomb issue the mirror image issue.. I love you

@nethdaniel552 To be fair, that clip was taken just after I hit 85, I was completely in questing greens / blues. Also the Hunter was 85. Even if you look at it as a 1v1, it's a good clip.

This guy is beast. As a fellow rogue i don't understand your spec but you leave me in aww. I always considered Mutilate to be the best, but now that ive seen this i must try this out.

@RobBakker445 It's called strategy. Cooldowns are there to be used when you need them. I didn't need to blind at that point in time.

For a short time after every expansion world pvp flourishes, and i love it! :D
nice job... it's tough to beat a warrior as a rogue in a fair fight. your well-timed CC was the only reason you pulled it off haha. most people talk about assasination rogues but i've always loved sub for PvP. keep it up

It has to be the worse feeling ever when you just see a rouge pop up next to you, whilst out in the world. cause they procced to stalk you for ages, and launch a few attacks until you beat em back and then the vanish and heal up..... such a pain.

Merc, your one of the best rogues I have ever seen. Just a quick request if you can do this, but could you duel a good paladin, prot or ret? I find them near impossible to beat personally. Even with all the DoTs I can muster put up, all those damn bubbles get on my nerves... Show us other rogues how its done!

Great vid lol, it's like the only highly viewed rogue video since cata, no one is making any. I hit 85 a couple days ago cus I have been away, but anyway, I have 2 bloodthirsty pieces and one vicious offhand dagger, and I'm finding assassination is much better for arenas than sub, I mean, sub crits big and all, but it just isn't as consistent for dps and survivability in a 2v2 fight like arena. My buddy and I have been arenaing since yesterday and have a 96% win ratio thing. Our rating is about

@Jukizgb think it was before the patch. The racial used to be on a 3 minute cooldown when the pvp trinket is on a 2 minute cd. Might be after the patch though, so i could be wrong.

@GreenDayFtw0 Nope understand that but most of the skills I listed were out before cata launch... But one thing I will give this guy is he has a GREAT taste in music. Might be an amateur rogue but great music. I listen to these while playing too along with many others.

@2MoonsFTW Dispels enrages, I know, that's why I was using it, you'll have noticed I shivved Berserker Rage off him before running away to smoke bomb, so I could sap.
What addon is it that changes the combat text, and the one that shows the CD remaining as a big number on the ability? and what realm do u play on?

@RipsDeAssasin Mutilate lacks the ability to STICK to your target, while Subtlety has more PvP utility, especially against any type of Mage or kiting class.
The only reason Assassination is good is because of the massive burst damage from poisons, you rely highly on your dot's. Without them, there would be no way to kill your target, and you would just be kited to death.
With subtlety, mixing in a Garrote with your Shadow Dance is a good way of many ways to deal with pesky, OP Mages.

what addons does he use? the cool down timer, the way his action bars are shown and the pop up just above the action bars showing that the skill is ready to use?
I didnt even thing you would come close to killing those two mages, im surprised 50 other hordies didnt come for a nice clusterfuc like on my realm.
Also, what scrolling battle text is that? I wanna say msbt but unless u configed it a bit more i dont think it is

wow the warrior duel was amazing man, i havent beat a single arms warrior since 85, they are fkin strong... pro skills anyway thumbs up. any info on ur keybinds?
@MercaderGaming lol my bad, I posted that without takeing a second look, saw the throwdown thought it was a prot stun and figured the shield was for prot, forgot bout shield wall.
Not everyone has be the "that one way" of playing, hes got his own style and hes kickin some ass, let it be
