How can GP supervisors better facilitate reflective practice in their registrars?

In this video we present experiences from Denmark on how to enhance reflection in registrars, including the presentation of a simple and feasible assessment method called Global Assessment of Reflection Ability (GAR) (Lillevang et al. BMC Medical Education (2020) 20:352).
