Great videos... Watched them all and it helped clarify a lot. Kind of annoying that both Basecamp and Google Earth seem way more complicated/unintuitive than they need to be, but I'm slowly getting the hang of them.

Great, but I need it to work on my phone app OsmAnd. The web version on PC is useless when you ride off without your xomputer. Do you have video tutorial for phone app?

Hi, this is one of the best gps navigator for android i see but it´s have a huge annoying problem, an excessive voice alert, speech every curve, every edge in the street and our trip go crazy with all that.
Anyone know how turn off all that voice turn to turn indicator and keep only when we really need change our direction like Google maps do?!?!
    Thanks

I'm sorry but I have the voice turned off completely. As I explain in the video the directions Osmand gives while navigating a GPX-track comes from the track and not from the roads on the map. You will not get the same directions as while driving a normal route. When Osmand calculates a route it looks at the map and it won't tell if there's a curve.
There are some settings in the navigation settings profile you can change. You can turn off some stuff.

@@LennertBakker ya, I tried it, turned off all sub warnings and leave only master, but nothing, continue with all curve alert. I imported route from my maps. Sad, one almost perfect GPS app and it's useless 😕😕😕

@@tugaminhoto4969 I',m not sorry I can't help you. You posted the same message below two different video's of mine. That's also annoying. Send a message to the Osmand developers or just turn off the voice and learn to live with imperfections. Useless? You probably never used a paper map to navigate.

    excellent video, thanks!
But I have the feeling that you are speaking really very fast, I can't follow you on my smart phone while you are explaining what to do....

Thank you. Yes, the video is fast but I made it with experienced users in mind. The other video's about Osmand are a bit slower. In my opinion people learn better if it takes some effort, if you can easily follow the screen you wont remember what you did.
There are some slower tutorials on youtube but I like my tutorials fast and to the point.
      Have fun with OsmAnd
