So just imagine having zip lining throwing your own rave for 24 hours, nonstop music up there that amazing ground in front hiking or even taking a tent and hiking and and spending night in your own wilderness in your own acreage campfire there telescope with the stars in the moon and much other beautiful things, you can do there to keep yourself busy but no need is just a beautiful place. It’s just to relax, and in tune, yourself with mother nature, amazing barbecues amazing dinners, bike riding down the hill on Your Own Rd., Château V Road in Next to the love, that love that love that I yearn for that one. As château V just close gracefully at night with its perfect lighting it’s sparkles as the moon shines on it it’s beautiful, light and energy. It’s sparkles back with the brightness of its slides, like another sun sitting in the heavens above Château. V 💯👑
I have looked at a vast amount of luxury estates. This is my absolute favorite.
It’s 41° in château V it’s crispy. It’s cold and lovely in the clouds in the skies are clear. The green is evergreen just like the heart and the emotions. 👑💯
I can't imagine what the Property value alone is, for starters. Jaw dropping, magnificent, unparalleled!

You build a pool above all glass indoor with the same Prashad from the outside it’s all glass indoor with a beautiful viewpoint on the up on the mountain top of your walk up there and build a little suspension bridge to make it look more more unique and you can build all kinds of beautiful things. Amazing château something lovely.

The house was built like a movie set for entertaining and impressing guests. Many rooms and passages have no function except to make the overall structure look grand. I suspect that is the reason why it's not selling (and the location, although spectacular, limits it to being a grand holiday or corporate entertaining / getaway house.)
It's interesting how at the time of filming the house wasn't even fully completed yet. If you look at the 3:24 to 3:27 marks of the video, none of the porches had railings on them. They do now.

This is truly a gorgeous home, with beautiful, neutral palettes. And for $12 million, it is quite the perfect cost, considering the size, superb building materials, and 35 acres of land. Imagine mornings with the sunrise, with fresh snow........🥰

It is 04% weather cold in the castle of château fee. It is a cold night. The animals are in their habitat, going through the cold as well, but God protects him in that beautiful forest of energy of green abundance as a test, château, standard, tall and strong in this cold weather as your warm inside, you look out the windows and you see the universe has calm down and you’re looking at such beautiful green forest and your tune with mother nature And you lose sleep you have insomnia but your insomnia, dispensation of feeling that you’re at peace and harmony and connected with mother earth and even the animals are at peace because the one that’s looking out the window is sending them warm vibrations in order to stand the weather that comes directly from chateaux V 👑 of the one who stands there with a complete clear mindset and more focused than ever wherever that might be enjoy your home👑💯
Reminds me a little bit of Alexandria Castle in Final Fantasy 9. It's so beautiful. My only concern would be how isolated it is, but yeah, amazing!
You're not concerned with property taxes or how much it'd cost to clean, maintain & upkeep to keep it from falling apart. I bet spring, summer, fall, landscaping & snow removal in winter would be full time jobs by themselves. Along with the maintenence of all the mowing & snow removal equipment. Also keeping inventory of how much fuel, oil & other needed maintenence items are on hand. If uses a very large geothermal heating & cooling system. I bet it'll need proper year round maintenence as well. You'd have to find a qualified dependable staff of employees to keep the house running. Constantly having stangers/employees in your home cleaning inside, doing lawncare & building maintenence.

In the real estate listing it stated the basement level was unfinished and suggested an indoor pool could be added down there....but I can't imagine digging up the floor to put in a pool...

Beautiful. But actually, houses of this size and magnitude are quite Lonely unless there’s a party or Occasion going on. Still prefer houses w/ floor area of around 350-500sqm to be best.
Château V the address is 600 which is an angel number which means no place like home very very exclusive address what a beautiful angel number for something so powerful like that home the privacy is secluded being secluded in private and enjoy in mother. Nature in the forest breathtaking absolutely something that I favor so much it’s on 35 acres. It is amazing and beautiful, but it’s own private twisted Road to enjoy on a horseback ride or just a hike on your own property just a dream, a marvel of a castle out of a fairytale world and still be able to enjoy the property, maybe added some activities to generate will not people to the property. The property will stay exclusive to the owner in my idea just my thoughts and opinion get out of beautiful winery on the bottom of the property, some zip lining for entertainment multitude of beautiful ideas on that property to generate income and generate also activities for such a beautiful place like green 👑Evergreen Colorado I hope whoever purchases home enjoys every moment and goes out to the balcony every day in the morning and just be blessed and enjoy a property like this is something to appreciate every day in life, and always being in tune with God in the heavens above.
