Question: Is there a way to break a richline into segments at vertexes? Let's say instead of drawing the plan with a line and using offset to create the wall thickness you use a richline instead using the scale to set wall thickness. You could draw and click at the begin and end of a door, continue drawing the plan clicking on each side of doors.
Now you have the plan drawn with vertexes at the door locations. Explode unfortunately takes the drawing all the way back to individual lines, is there a way to just break the richlines at the vertexes into individual richlines?
The Explode command in TurboCAD is staged, it explodes one thing at a time... it would break the richlines at the vertexes with the segments remaining richlines. Selecting Explode a 2nd time would break them into individual lines.
If DraftSight could do this you could draw the plan in richlines with vertexes for every door or window location, then come back and just delete the segments where the doors will be placed.
