Great information. I’m glad to see you have left hand retrieve reels.
I switched from right hand to left hand back in 1985 and have been glad ever since that I did. Being right handed myself it took a couple of months to get real comfortable with it. I feel much more efficient fishing that way.

It's because the bass can find a cushion in front of a boulder, and that was the wind currents don't keep moving them off of a static location that the fish likes to occupy, to ambush from. If one looks at this in the way that one looks at 'moving water', it makes more sense. The way to understand these dynamics by the way, is to spot-lock or powe-pole your vessel and cast out your number five floating fly line with a decent length of leader. A fly of some kind on the end like a marabou lure. And just watch the set up as you fish it static, work it's way gradually around that area (without any angler manipulation of that set up at all). You move down to a four weight floating fly line, or a three weight in slower places. And you'll learn fast how much water moves by itself. A semi-suspending or floating fly with demonstrate this, but very lightly weighted fly lures with stronger wind will show it best.

Once the building is enclosed run, a dehumidifier dry the concrete out. Have the carpet installer Test concrete with a Tramex scan CME moisture meter get it to three on the slab tests
install the gutters and make sure the rainwater falls and drains 15 feet away from the building. keep that sucker dry , your certified carpet inspector Dave from Georgia

I wonder would it be a good idea to run a pavement around the perimeter (so that one could navigate using a scissors lift for the purposes of gutter cleaning and access). And I guess that pavement or apron would have a have a slant away from the building very slightly too. Ideally dumping into some kind of submerged gravel channel that leads the storm water away. I agree, that's all stuff to figure out and consider. My hunch is an extra number of downpipes along gutter length will provide extra capacity to remove storm water. The point being again, that one wants that water surge to discharge into some medium underground that disperses it away.

I was thinking there on the mezzaine level too, and it's the point in the structure at which the interior environment may drop to colder levels, and raise to slightly higher temperatures at times of the year. As a place to store tackle, for that very reason I'm not sure it's ideal. I think that plastics and all kinds of things are going to deteriorate quicker as opposed to slower on that mezzaine space. On the other hand, I'm thinking about things that are bulky and have to be laid out, or stretched. I'm thinking of stuff such as rain wear and clothing. And I think that hot air that will rise and settle underneath that roof. That for much of the year that mezzaine might be a useful space to lay things out. A number of basic picnic types of tables there. So that one can inspect one's clothing, put newspaper into wet footwear. Get all of that stuff that is messy out of the way, and up on the mezzaine. Where it can then take as long as it likes to dry out. You know that when you retrieve it again, it's probably well aired. And the odd time when the sunshine comes out, and gives that rain wear a blast of substantial heat. It may not be a bad thing. Ditto, with all of the footwear and gear that anglers have. That always end up wet in various ways.

What makes the 110 so special? Is it placebo effect? Do other baits like a Provoke or Stunna work just as well. My own personal experience from fishing in the Ozarks my whole life….the 110 is where you go when the water gets super cold. I’m talking low 40s and into the 30s. If you can capture lightning in a bottle with that prototype and have it be as effective in ultra cold water that would be legit.
