I have to watch other longer video to get more infors about eye physiology, but it turns out I close the video in 10 minutes.u r non replaceable, even through the science behind the lecture are the same, but u r the only one who can make me study without feeling tired and sick.u r the best ,professor.
Thank you for your engaging videos. I find them extremely useful and truly appreciate the effort put forth in your explanation of the physiology of the human body.
Awesome. Had I listened to this, I'd have done better on my exam last Monday. : / Time to make use of it during Tuesday's block exam! Thanks, Prof! Great lecture!
professorfink hi, any chance you could put the page numbers in the video descriptions so i can skip back and see pages i missed(eg 61)? i'm not watching everything or in order. thanks, great work to share btw.
Hi Prof Fink, I would like to purchase A&p 2 lecture book on your Web , but i am not sure what to select( it gives me many options of the books name please help me .
every time you mention slowed electrical response you reduce the frequency of your voice. do you have details of the v=f x lambda or similar (duty cycle, switching shape etc)for the electrical impulses?
e-Reader versions of the Lecture Outlines by Professor Fink (as well as “hard copy” versions) can be purchased from the WLAC Bookstore at: onlinestore.wlac.edu/fink.asp . [The e- Readers can be continuously accessed and printed once.]
i'm right handed, i can use my left easily(and probably equally if i practiced) - i seem to do maths in my right hemisphere... i also think first with the right hemisphere but i'd kick a ball with my right foot. ( i also cannot see the young girl, only the old woman, i do play piano/guitar/bass) ok i'm a weirdo :)
No, why would the sense of smell go the amygdala (btw, that’s how it’s spelled correctly). The thalamus is the sensory system in the brain. BUT, on my point of actually commenting on this video.. What professor takes the time out of his life to actually make a video specifically for RUclips? I’ve watched Robert Sapolky’s lectures, and am very much hoping to study under him at Stanford, and his lectures provide knowledge upon further layers of knowledge. Not only that, his lectures are limited. In order to get the full effect of his knowledge you simply have to pay the 54K a year in order to take his class. I don’t recognize doctors who are that pathetic they need to provide an elementary film for the social mass on RUclips. Good Luck whoever you are!
He is not just providing elementary films for RUclips, he uses his talent to help students understand the material. He is educating public inside and outside his classroom. I find his videos extremely helpful. So if you don't like something, don't watch it. As a voice of thousands of students he already helped I am grateful for him taking time and energy to record it.
It is you that is limited, not this material. Look at the defensive confusion you find yourself in, all because of ideas that go beyond what your tiny, binary mind can comprehend.
You have a great way of explaining difficult topics in an understandable way! Thank you Professor
I had the distinct pleasure of taking a physiology class under Professor Fink's tutelage☺ 🙏!

So thoughtful of you Prof Fink to think of others like this, you are amazing!

sense of smell needs to go to the amigdala, no?
You are right it also sends messages to this area the amygdala, which is associated with emotions.
why does methadone cause none heroin users to vomit? at such low doses
👍!
If you really study the paintings of Salvador Dali, your subordinate hemisphere will get an extra good workout
So I will never be capable of saying 'slow down' again without sounding like an audiotape gone wrong.

The jerky editing makes this movie unwatchable for me.
